Casa Cook Kos, The ultimate beach hideaway by Annabell Kutucu and Michael Schickinger

Taking inspiration from traditional Greek island architecture, Casa Cook Kos has a village-like feel with one and two-storey cubist houses grouped around gardens and patios. Deeply inspired by the Greek parea - a gathering of friends – Casa Cook Kos is a beach hideaway and summer escape for like-minded people to come together. The cubic, one- and two-storey buildings are contemporary and minimalist, derived from a centuries-old Greek architectural style. Clean-lined furniture combine with rough, natural textures, and exotic accessories to create the perfect down-time sanctuary.

A rare pearl hidden in a small German village

Rustic, weathered, textured, rough. Shades of brown, blue, green and earth tones, natural elements, chalky walls, peeling paint. This 300 year old restored cottage in Germany owned by designer Jeanette Walther is really a rare pearl.
